Description

  • Drive data collection and solution configuration for Tecsys implementations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes.
  • Build on-site relationships with customers to support software integration.
  • Support the implementation of world-class supply chain software solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Develop application knowledge, consulting acumen, people skills, and supply chain expertise through training.
  • Contribute to successful implementation outcomes as a key team member.
  • Work with customers, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues across North America as needed.
  • Travel frequently throughout North America to support client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, such as a B.Comm. in Supply Chain, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
  • Understanding of supply management, including associated financial transactions such as A/P, A/R, and G/L.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Flexibility and ability to self-learn.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Valid Canadian or American passport required due to frequent travel.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal French communication.
  • Understanding of supply and inventory management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, technical aptitude, and BI analytics aptitude (preferred).
