Description

  • Lead client consulting engagements and provide high-level technical consulting services for the elluminate platform.
  • Configure, migrate, and support the elluminate platform for assigned clients.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SQL code for SDTM outputs, custom reports, and visualizations.
  • Oversee trial configuration, quality control, project management, and related client projects.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and end users.
  • Manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and client communications across one or more accounts.
  • Troubleshoot ETL and analytical issues by reviewing source data and debugging technical problems.
  • Facilitate client onboarding workshops and conduct platform training sessions.
  • Create and maintain specifications, QC documentation, and other required deliverables in accordance with SOPs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory quality standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a services or consulting role preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of database design and development experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, or programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.
  • Experience with clinical trial data standards such as CDISC ODM, SDTM, or ADaM is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud or hybrid data architecture concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with data capture tools such as Rave, Veeva, InForm, or IVRS.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Experience with multiple database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2.
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools such as QlikSense, QlikView, Spotfire, Tableau, JReview, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, IBM DataStage, or Informatica.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, HTML, SSRS, AWS, Azure, Spark, REST APIs, ETL, data pipelines, data modeling, data analytics, BI, data warehouse, or data lake.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, adaptability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a regulated CRO or clinical trial environment is preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory computer systems validation is a strong plus.
