Description

  • Complete an online, self-paced CIPD training programme.
  • Participate in a guaranteed remote internship with a host company.

Requirements

  • No previous HR qualifications or experience are required.
  • A good grasp of English is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people are required.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail are required.
  • Motivation to learn and develop professionally is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively is required.
  • Willingness to complete a structured training programme before being introduced to a host company is required.
  • Interest in starting a career in Human Resources, recruitment, talent coordination, or people-focused roles is preferred.
