Description

  • Define and deliver a multi-year technology strategy aligned to growth, customer outcomes, and operational excellence.
  • Translate executive priorities into executable technology roadmaps and ensure timely delivery.
  • Own and evolve the service catalog, including offerings, SLAs, pricing, and packaging.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to bring marketable solutions to clients.
  • Own or influence revenue growth, gross margin, and service profitability.
  • Provide executive oversight for the cybersecurity program and help shape risk posture and roadmap.
  • Drive S/NOC performance, SLA delivery, incident response, and operational accountability.
  • Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, data, networking, and integration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and clients, translating technical topics into business decisions.
  • Lead leaders across IT, architecture, operations, and security while developing future leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology, including IT, architecture, product, or operations.
  • 5+ years leading leaders across multiple functions.
  • Experience in MSP, MSSP, or recurring revenue service environments, strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience with service catalogs, pricing, or productized offerings.
  • Experience partnering with or overseeing cybersecurity functions.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Experience in multi-client environments and recurring revenue models, preferred.
  • Executive-level communication experience with boards, clients, or senior leadership, preferred.
