Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for GTM-wide initiatives, including scoping, planning, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Own change management for process and system rollouts by developing adoption strategies, training plans, and feedback loops for front-line teams.
  • Partner with RevOps functional leads across Sales Ops, GTM PM, and Analytics to drive initiatives from design through execution.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that provide operational visibility to the Revenue organization.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc revenue and sales reports for leadership and analyze trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze, streamline, and improve revenue operations processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Develop detailed project plans with goals, success markers, ownership, milestones, and communication requirements, then drive execution against them.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and proactively follow up to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Serve as the liaison between GTM teams and IT/Business Systems to define technical requirements, resource needs, and system change scope.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the CRO.
  • Measure project performance after launch to identify improvements and quantify business impact.
  • Document business processes, data models, solutions, and implementations to support consistency and organizational knowledge.

Requirements

  • Project and program management experience across cross-functional initiatives of varying size and complexity.
  • Demonstrated change management experience with proven ability to drive adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Operational mindset with strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring project outcomes and process improvements.
  • Strong communication and influence skills for working effectively with stakeholders from ICs to the CRO.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Zendesk is preferred.
  • Experience with revenue management or Support/Customer Success organizations is preferred.
  • Reporting and analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets is preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com or a comparable project management tool is preferred.

  • Starting salary of $85,000 to $115,000.
