Description

  • Join a full-stack team of frontend, backend, and AI research engineers to build collaborative solutions.
  • Develop and train bandit models and large-scale neural network models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align model outputs with company objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic product and business decisions as part of the Monetization leadership group.
  • Stay current on advances in machine learning, especially LLMs and bandits, and apply new methods to ongoing work.
  • Mentor team members and support their professional development.
  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient machine learning solutions.
  • Work across the full ML stack, including feature engineering, training data development, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, evaluations, deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AI research engineer in areas such as LLMs, bandits, computer vision, or related fields.
  • Strong experience training and fine-tuning large models in an applied setting.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field focused on machine learning or artificial intelligence, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Broad experience across AI and ML domains is highly desirable.
  • Experience across the ML stack, including feature engineering, training data, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, evaluations, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Salary range of $220,800 to $331,200 USD.
  • Salary is determined by skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
