Description

  • Serve as the team focal point for developing pre-defined data structures for automated analysis of large volumes of CX interactions across channels such as audio, chat, email, and social.
  • Support validation of completed and evolving data structures to ensure precision and recall standards are met.
  • Test evolving research tools that support the development of data structures.
  • Provide feedback to Research and Product teams on tooling and data integration improvements.
  • Work with client requirements to evaluate new requests and determine feasibility.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in direct client discussions about data solutions, expectations, and best practices when needed.
  • Educate Consulting and Customer Success teams on data solutions, definitions, and best practices.
  • Provide input on how developed data models should be used by Product and Field teams to maximize value.
  • Support additional projects, solutions, and deployments across the Enlighten AI team as needed.
  • Create datapoints and use tool outputs to improve the accuracy and usability of system-generated outputs for customer experience interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business Intelligence/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of consultative account/program management experience, or significant experience with business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization as a services provider.
  • Experience using technology to build and analyze datasets for operational outcomes.
  • Experience developing, positioning, and quantifying operational recommendations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create and deliver polished presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to audiences at different levels.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while handling competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably across all levels of a corporate structure.
  • Ability to work with sales executives and support opportunities as a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Experience in Management Consulting preferred.
