Description

  • Own the full influencer, creator, and community strategy and execution to build a top-of-funnel growth engine.
  • Build and manage partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and creators, including deal flow, negotiation, creative direction, and performance optimization.
  • Develop an advocate network that converts brand affinity into word-of-mouth acquisition and sustained cultural relevance.
  • Design and launch a tiered loyalty and rewards program for engaged learners as an owned growth channel.
  • Partner with product teams to improve in-app shareability, surface community-driven content, and build features that incentivize organic advocacy.
  • Build attribution and measurement systems that tie community and creator efforts to business outcomes.
  • Amplify new feature launches, vertical expansions, and cultural moments through creator and community channels.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team across influencer, creator, and community functions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience driving measurable business outcomes in the creator and community space.
  • Experience building or নেতৃত্বing a product at scale in the creator economy.
  • Proven success creating multi-platform advocacy programs with measurable ROI and business growth.
  • Experience owning a product roadmap.
  • Experience managing a scaled influencer program that significantly contributed to top-of-funnel growth.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, social, and product analytics.
  • Proven ability to build scalable success frameworks.
  • Founder experience in a 0-to-1 environment in the tech space is preferred.
  • Experience working at a world-class consumer brand is preferred.
  • Passion for education, culture, and language is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $196,000 to $294,000 USD.
