Description

  • Perform social listening to identify trends and content opportunities across channels.
  • Develop and pitch creative social concepts, recipes, and lo-fi lifestyle video ideas for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Design, produce, edit, and write copy for social content across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Serve as on-camera talent as needed for content production.
  • Track content performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Stay current on short-form content trends and formats to keep content relevant.
  • Collaborate closely with the social media strategist and community manager on execution.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management for a brand or organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, and CapCut.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, including video editing.
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ability to synthesize data into insights that inform creative content opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience with social listening and publishing tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with large brands and partner agencies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid social content formats and performance metrics is preferred.
