Description

  • Own the full influencer, creator, and community flywheel from strategy through execution and scale it into a measurable growth engine.
  • Build and manage partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and creators, including deal flow, negotiation, creative direction, and performance optimization.
  • Architect an advocate network that turns brand love into measurable word-of-mouth acquisition and sustained cultural relevance.
  • Design and launch a tiered loyalty and rewards program that converts highly engaged learners into an owned growth channel.
  • Partner with product teams to improve in-app shareability, surface community-driven content, and create features that reward organic advocacy.
  • Build the attribution and measurement infrastructure that connects community and creator activity to business outcomes.
  • Ensure new feature launches, vertical expansions, and cultural moments are amplified through creator and community channels.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team across influencer, creator, and community functions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience driving measurable business outcomes across the creator and community industry.
  • Experience building or leading a product at scale in the creator economy.
  • Proven success building multi-platform advocacy programs with measurable ROI and business growth.
  • Experience owning a product roadmap.
  • Experience managing a scaled influencer program that contributed significantly to top-of-funnel growth.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, social, and product analytics, with a proven track record of building scalable success frameworks.
  • Founder experience in a 0-to-1 environment in the tech space is preferred.
  • Experience working at a world-class consumer brand is preferred.
  • Passion for education, culture, and language is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $196,000 to $294,000 USD.
  • Equity compensation.
