Description

  • Develop and communicate a LATAM partnership strategy with a focus on Mexico and Brazil.
  • Lead existing partnerships and pipeline across LATAM verticals including app stores, telcos, media and entertainment, banks, public institutions, and payment providers.
  • Source and develop new partnership opportunities with measurable business impact.
  • Build quantitative business cases to support strategic partnership investments.
  • Negotiate and implement partnerships that support user growth, brand, and monetization goals.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams on brand partnerships and partnership launches.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on product integrations needed for successful partnership execution.
  • Track partnership results and manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through implementation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business development experience in digital consumer (B2C) technology.
  • Experience working in consulting, banking, or business development.
  • Experience developing partnerships end to end, including sourcing, business case development, negotiation, execution, and results tracking.
  • Deep cultural understanding of the LATAM regional landscape and a network that can help launch impactful partnerships.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured communication skills with the ability to build data-driven narratives.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently internationally, including to New York City, Pittsburgh (HQ), and throughout LATAM.
  • Experience with mobile apps and subscription-based services is preferred.
  • Experience living and working in multiple LATAM markets is preferred.
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
  • An MBA or equivalent experience from a reputable university is preferred.
