Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Dun & Bradstreet solutions and build strong, positive relationships.
  • Renew existing business and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual objectives.
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts and coordinate with internal sales resources to align strategy.
  • Own negotiation, contracting, and approval processes end to end.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data to support territory management, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholder teams to improve retention rates.
  • Complete required D&B certifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in sales, sales coordination, account management, marketing, customer success, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value proposition of multiple D&B solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding annual quota(s).
  • Strong understanding of D&B commercial contracting formats, pricing, and sales order management.
  • Ability to independently manage a detailed work plan with limited managerial oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills and presentation skills for a global corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Preferred: ownership mindset, curiosity, proactive collaboration, and a continuous growth mindset.

  • $67,200 to $112,900 annual salary.
