Description

  • Design, develop, and optimize solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge.
  • Architect and deliver complex solutions from business requirements through testing and deployment.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and related technologies.
  • Develop automations and workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Troubleshoot existing applications, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve productivity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure systems are secure, maintainable, documented, and built for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Zoho development.
  • Advanced expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation.
  • Experience independently architecting and delivering complex production Zoho solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in architecture, code quality, security, testing, and maintainability.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and own projects end to end.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with Python and/or JavaScript, NetSuite or other ERP integrations, AI-powered workflows, or cross-functional business systems (preferred).
