Description

  • Own the full product vision, roadmap, and execution across the casino, sportsbook, and games portfolio.
  • Drive the PvP games roadmap, including zero-edge prediction markets, real-world event betting, and new skill-based formats.
  • Design and ship original games, including concepts, mechanics, and game math.
  • Build and lead the product team as the company scales.
  • Establish the product process and culture from scratch.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ship quickly and correctly.
  • Use player behavior, data, and product instincts to decide what to build next.
  • Evaluate ideas critically and kill weak ideas quickly, including your own.
  • Serve as a trusted product voice across the company and with the founder.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CPO or in a senior product leadership role.
  • Experience building original games, including conceiving mechanics, understanding the math, and shipping them.
  • Fluency in game math, including RTP, variance, hit rates, and edge modelling.
  • Deep understanding of the gambler mindset, ideally with crypto-native experience.
  • Experience building a team and function from scratch rather than inheriting one.
  • Track record of shipping products that moved the needle on aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to strongly advocate for ideas while remaining open to being wrong.
