  • Use performance data to diagnose gaps, identify root causes, and prioritize high-impact interventions.
  • Develop role-based training, content, and assets aligned to field needs and business priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership to align enablement with revenue goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Track adoption and outcomes, then continuously refine strategy, messaging, and delivery to improve effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain new hire ramp programs, including onboarding, time-to-productivity plans, certification, and manager reinforcement.
  • Define, document, and scale sales processes and rules of engagement in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
  • Deliver role-specific onboarding, plays, and reinforcement across Sales, Channel, Solutions, and Customer Success.
  • Translate priority go-to-market motions into clear playbooks with stages, exit criteria, roles, tooling signals, and required assets.
  • Drive field readiness for product, pricing, and packaging launches with supporting talk tracks, discovery guides, objection handling, and FAQs.

Requirements

  • Strong program leadership and change management experience in a revenue organization across both PLG and SLG environments.
  • Analytical ability and comfort diagnosing performance issues with data.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and content judgment with the ability to simplify information and drive adoption.
  • Operational rigor with the ability to prioritize, say no, and run repeatable processes.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools such as Gong and Highspot, plus emerging AI technologies.
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to develop a team while still driving outcomes.
  • Preferred: experience leading enablement for a multi-segment and/or global sales organization.
  • Preferred: experience standing up intake, prioritization, governance, and program management discipline beyond training.
  • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise and commercial sales motions, including PLG-to-sales assisted handoffs.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to tie enablement to measurable outcomes and influence RevOps instrumentation.
  • Preferred: track record of driving adoption through managers and leadership systems, not just content delivery.
