Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 70+ mid-market AEC customers with ownership for health, adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Build and execute account plans to deliver portfolio-level revenue growth and strong net and gross retention.
  • Lead onboarding and early customer lifecycle activities to accelerate time-to-value and establish core workflows.
  • Monitor usage and health signals to identify adoption gaps, risks, and expansion opportunities early.
  • Co-own renewals with Sales by forecasting, preparing and running reviews, and driving contract execution.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities such as license growth, new units, and add-ons, then partner with Sales to close them.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on reality capture workflows and program design for AEC customers.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Support, and Services by sharing structured feedback and use-case insights.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Glean to prepare for meetings, document accounts, and capture insights.
  • Coordinate with Support and Services to resolve issues quickly and maintain customer confidence in the platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a defined book of business through retention and expansion.
  • Experience handling a large portfolio of dozens of accounts with structured planning and documentation.
  • Strong consultative, data-driven approach to customer engagement and value realization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across field users, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • High CRM discipline and a habit of clear, timely documentation.
  • Background or strong interest in AEC and/or jobsite technology preferred.
  • Comfort with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ticketing or collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to obtain a USA Part 107 drone certification within the first 90–120 days and maintain it throughout employment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically დაახლოებით 15–20% of the time.
