Description

  • Own and continuously improve DroneDeploy Academy for high-velocity and scaled customer segments, including learning paths, certifications, and short courses.
  • Build scalable enablement assets such as demo scripts, micro-demo videos, evaluation kits, ROI templates, and playbooks that teams can use without live SE support.
  • Run webinars, office hours, and workshops for customers and internal teams, and repurpose recordings and materials for self-service use.
  • Partner with Renewals leadership to standardize health checks, QBR/EBR narratives, and expansion plays for the scaled book of business.
  • Support selected high-velocity opportunities with focused solution demos and simple, outcome-oriented evaluation plans.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise across DroneDeploy’s aerial, ground, automation, and AI products, as well as recommended hardware and integrations.
  • Use CRM, LMS/CMS, product analytics, and AI-generated insights to prioritize, measure, and refine scaled programs based on impact.
  • Collaborate with CSEs, SEs, CSMs, Product, Support, and PMM to keep content current and aligned with field feedback and launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on B2B SaaS experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, Sales Enablement, or a similar program/operations role.
  • Experience designing and running scaled enablement or Academy-style programs, including curriculum design, content creation, launch, and measurement.
  • Ability to map customer use cases to product capabilities and create simple, outcome-focused demos, evaluations, and playbooks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to field users, GTM teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM, LMS/CMS, analytics, and collaboration tools in a SaaS environment.
  • Background in construction/AEC, reality capture, or similar technical workflows such as drones, 360 capture, or site documentation is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar ecosystems is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain a Part 107 UAV license within 90 days of start (preferred).
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–25% within the U.S.
