Description

  • Design and develop agentic AI systems that retrieve information and interact with tools and services to support operational workflows in cloud environments.
  • Implement AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across complex operational settings.
  • Build agents that integrate with APIs, monitoring systems, knowledge bases, and operational platforms.
  • Develop context and knowledge retrieval mechanisms using documentation, historical data, and structured information for decision-making.
  • Create autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows where AI agents assist humans by analyzing situations, proposing actions, and executing tasks when appropriate.
  • Develop scalable backend services and interfaces that connect agents with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
  • Deploy and operate agent-based solutions in cloud-native environments with a focus on reliability, observability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
  • Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
  • Extensive experience across the full software development life cycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience building LLM-based applications and agent workflows.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and tool integration.
  • Experience with RAG, context management, and vector databases.
  • Practical understanding of security and safety in agent systems, including prompt injection, data privacy, and least-privilege tool access.
  • Experience using Git in a professional or business environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, organizational, and architectural challenges and propose iterative solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with MCP or A2A communication is a plus.
