Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Oversee customer support and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular engagement.
  • Prepare and present sales performance and market reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen sales and support efficiency.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive market expansion and partnership development within the western territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the antibody discovery or biologics development field.
  • Extensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Documented track record of closing complex, high-value scientific or platform-based deals.
  • Strong understanding of flow cytometry and FACS platforms.
  • Established relationships within antibody-focused biotech companies, immunology research groups, and biologics discovery teams.
  • Ability to lead market expansion for an antibody discovery platform across Western North America.
  • Experience developing regional commercial strategies and owning revenue growth goals.
  • Preferred experience with customer support, sales reporting, and market analysis in a scientific or life sciences setting.
