Description

  • Lead and manage Clinical Specialists and 1099 case coverage personnel across the region.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate clinical team members in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day deployment of clinical support resources to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver clinical education to sales teams, clinicians, marketing, surgeons, 1099 staff, and OR personnel.
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire training content, materials, and on-site training activities.
  • Support pre-training preparation, on-the-job placement, and post-training onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide quarterly assessments, reviews, and field rides to develop clinical skills and job performance.
  • Coordinate case coverage with Sales for regional and cross-regional clinical needs.
  • Document case results and report findings to Sales consultants.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D on product launches, clinical input, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of clinical professional training or OR/surgical-based experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices; urology experience preferred.
  • Professional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and ability to perform independently at a high level.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight travel.
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements and manage credentialing needs at sites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience training surgeons in the OR and supporting sales onboarding.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage, edit, and develop surgical videos and other training materials as needed.
  • Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal vaccination rules.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform all duties in compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
