Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the antibody discovery platform.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and oversee customer support issues through resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders through regular engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and service strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales, support, and market reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and support procedures.
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Pursue partnerships and expansion opportunities within the East Coast biotech and pharmaceutical market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in antibody discovery or biologics development.
  • Strong understanding of the antibody discovery ecosystem and customer segmentation within the industry.
  • Extensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Documented track record of closing complex, high-value scientific or platform-based deals.
  • Knowledge of flow cytometry and FACS platforms.
  • Established relationships within antibody-focused biotech companies, immunology research groups, and biologics discovery teams.
  • Experience leading territory and commercial ownership for market expansion in the eastern United States.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth in a life sciences environment.
