Description

  • Design and develop full-stack applications for project management, commissioning workflows, and data capture.
  • Build web and mobile tools for field teams to upload and document videos, images, structured forms, and IoT readings.
  • Develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that handle complex data streams and large-scale datasets.
  • Build backend services and APIs for rapid data ingestion, processing, and review at enterprise scale.
  • Partner with product, design, backend, CV/ML, platform, and 3D visualization teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Provide technical leadership on 0-1 projects and mentor other engineers on best practices.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to technical planning, feature roadmaps, and long-term architectural decisions.
  • Champion usability and field readiness for tools used in challenging construction environments.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scale, reliability, and clarity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with modern full-stack frameworks such as Nuxt.js, Next.js, or similar.
  • Strong engineering experience with TypeScript, Python, or Java, and APIs.
  • Experience building applications that handle large-scale multimodal datasets such as 3D components, videos, and images, and/or IoT data inputs.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with containerized infrastructure.
  • Experience designing domain-driven data models with a team.
  • Experience working with OLTP and OLAP systems.
  • Preferred: experience with data warehousing tools such as Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Preferred: background in offline-capable architectures and mobile-first data collection tools.
  • Preferred: experience with 3D visualization using three.js, geospatial data, or computer-vision-powered experiences.
  • Preferred: exposure to ML/AI-driven feature development.
  • Preferred: comfort with CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and automated testing best practices.
