Description

  • Manage a team of engineers and managers responsible for Doxel’s customer-facing application.
  • Set the technical vision and full-stack architecture for the product.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, operations, and customer success to design and deliver new functionality at scale.
  • Organize and grow the team to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain a technical roadmap and resource plan.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, design, and execute strategic priorities.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new team members while maintaining a high hiring bar.
  • Provide formal and informal feedback to support individual career growth.
  • Build a strong team culture and contribute to business strategy from an engineering perspective.
  • Implement processes and technologies, including AI tools, that improve team velocity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing managers.
  • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including building large-scale customer-facing products.
  • Technical depth in service-oriented architecture, web client frameworks, data pipelines, and AI/ML.
  • Experience building products using AI/ML.
  • Experience with 3D rendering, especially in a web client, preferred.
  • Domain knowledge or experience in construction, preferred.
  • Experience building software in an operations-focused business, preferred.
