Description

  • Analyze customer project schedules, including activity classification, critical paths, and float, for internal tracking and system reporting.
  • Create detailed zone plans aligned to schedule organization and coordinate zone creation with the VDC team.
  • Analyze and verify product data for customer reports by comparing scan data with 3D models using Doxel’s proprietary methods.
  • Interpret engineering analytics output against construction industry standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Produce high-confidence quality-control outputs, actionable defect notes, and supporting exhibits, slides, and summaries.
  • Assess schedule structure and sequencing and serve as an internal subject-matter expert.
  • Communicate throughout the workday via Slack, Jira tickets, phone calls, and Zoom meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project engineering, project controls, or field coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent field experience accepted.
  • Experience supporting data center, hospital, complex manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, or similar projects.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and drive open items to closure.
  • 3+ years of construction-industry experience creating and managing project budgets (preferred).
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Synchro scheduling software, project estimating, and cost management (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (preferred).
