Description

  • Own the scoping and definition of reporting deliverables for customer engagements, including stakeholder discovery, KPI alignment, data source inventory, delivery cadence, and acceptance criteria.
  • Combine Doxel data with customer data such as schedule, cost, WBS, and commissioning trackers to build integrated automated reporting solutions.
  • Support and enhance internal data pipelines across GCS, Snowflake, Coalesce, and Sigma Computing.
  • Centralize internal reporting metrics by consolidating data from disparate sources into unified and reliable views.
  • Standardize data models and report templates to improve consistency, repeatability, and scalability across deployments.
  • Track and report on report delivery metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify reporting gaps, surface data quality issues, and improve reporting solutions.
  • Present polished executive-ready dashboards and reports to construction and owner leadership.
  • Travel up to 25% to customer sites for 2-4 day visits, trainings, and discovery sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, project controls, construction tech implementation, or consulting.
  • Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing experience and the ability to collaborate with senior construction executives.
  • Deep understanding of large commercial construction workflows, P6 schedules, earned value analysis, and BIM/VDC workflows.
  • Experience using BIM/VDC model data to enrich project reporting by linking model elements to schedule, cost, or progress data.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Javascript, plus data wrangling and API integration.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based ETL and BI platforms such as dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Coalesce, or Sigma Computing is a strong plus.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery and cloud storage like GCS or S3 is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices, including metadata management, data lineage documentation, and catalog tools such as Coalesce Catalog or Atlan.
  • Previous professional services or consulting experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction management systems such as Procore, Aconex, or Autodesk Build is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
