Description

  • Analyse knowledgebase user engagement data and create helpful content to improve the customer experience.
  • Receive, analyse, manage, and resolve customer support cases with meaningful solutions.
  • Provide remote support, scheduled training, troubleshooting, and advice to customers.
  • Offer space planning guidance to help customers achieve their business goals beyond technical support.
  • Identify software errors for immediate fixing and new feature requests for development and deployment.
  • Perform data analysis, processing, and validation using Excel and SQL to support accurate customer planning.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support customers across different time zones.
  • Contribute to customer coaching and support using company systems and tools.
  • Test software for bugs and feature readiness when required.

Requirements

  • Any relevant IT certificates or qualifications are advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • An additional widely spoken language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles in relation to software products is required.
  • DotActiv Enterprise software knowledge is required or must be learned.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • Ability to use Google Suite and company-specific in-house systems effectively is required.
  • Basic to intermediate MS SQL or a similar solution is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Server, is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, test software for bugs, and work with IIS/SSL certificates is required.
