Description

  • Analyze datasets and turn raw data into actionable insights that support business improvement strategies.
  • Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and process data according to project requirements with high accuracy.
  • Oversee the quality of training data, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide translations and contextual interpretation to ensure data reflects language and cultural nuances.
  • Offer recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Work on tasks as they become available and respond to assignments through WhatsApp, email, or Slack after onboarding.
  • Follow project instructions and complete work within a task-based, first-come, first-served workflow.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write in both Ukrainian and English.
  • Must be available in IST, with preference for 8am IST onward.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a functioning device such as a laptop or desktop.
  • Must be comfortable with freelance, task-based work and irregular or intermittent hours.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience with data labeling, data manipulation, or quality assurance, especially in technology or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
  • A linguist certification is considered a plus.
  • Must be willing to complete onboarding and compliance requirements through Deel.com, including required documentation.

  • USD $4-$5 per hour starting compensation for candidates in Ukraine, depending on experience.
  • Remote freelance 1099 independent contractor position.
