Description

  • Manage a contingent worker responsible for day-to-day vendor onboarding and payment processing, providing management support and escalation handling.
  • Own the global procurement function, including strategy, compliance, quality, and ongoing process improvement.
  • Serve as the liaison with Finance and Legal on procurement policies, escalations, and workflow improvements.
  • Own budget tracking and reporting across the global organization, maintaining visibility into risks and surfacing insights proactively.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on annual and H2 planning and prepare leadership-ready materials for budget and resource reviews.
  • Design and run global planning processes, including annual planning, H2 planning, and priority workstream tracking.
  • Maintain systems used to track priorities and execution across the leadership team.
  • Own shared team operations infrastructure, including onboarding materials, intranet content, shared drives, and team resources.
  • Support planning and logistics for global meetings and team events.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI tools to automate or streamline work, and test and share learnings with the broader team.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in operations, strategy and operations, chief of staff support, or project management.
  • Experience owning complex processes, managing budgets, and building systems that others use.
  • Strong project management instincts with the ability to track work, follow through, and close loops independently.
  • Comfort building structure in ambiguous environments.
  • AI-curious and proactive, with a habit of experimenting with new applications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into crisp materials for senior audiences.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to get work done through others.
  • Experience in procurement, vendor operations, or budget operations is implied by the role focus.
  • Ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment with Finance and Legal partners.
  • Preferred familiarity with AI-enabled process improvement and operational tooling.
