Description

  • Lead, coach, recruit, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse and, in some locations, a light-prep kitchen.
  • Own scheduling and labor budget management for the site.
  • Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely across multiple shifts.
  • Maintain site-level metric goals and key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with inventory and training teams to support team performance.
  • Use data to identify inefficiencies and operational pain points.
  • Design, build, and execute process improvement projects to improve operations, quality, and employee experience.
  • Build a strong team culture and drive employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts, including late-night and weekend availability.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environments.
  • A college degree or relevant professional work experience.
  • Track record of developing people and delivering results.
  • Ability to lead with an owner mindset and take accountability for site operations.
