Description

  • Lead the marketing relationship with DoorDash’s largest and most sought-after CPG brand partners.
  • Manage an annual campaign calendar and ensure planning milestones and timelines are met.
  • Establish KPIs and a measurement plan to track shared goals and campaign performance.
  • Develop strategic, insights-driven campaign briefs for internal creative and media teams.
  • Manage campaign planning and execution with internal and external partners, including weekly calls, status documents, and trackers.
  • Monitor campaign progress, run mid-campaign check-ins, and implement optimizations as needed.
  • Lead final reporting after campaign completion, analyzing data and insights to deliver high-quality performance summaries.
  • Build internal and external case studies that showcase and promote the work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, sales, and operations to drive alignment.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that unlock value and accelerate business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in B2C marketing at a tech company, media agency, or consulting firm.
  • Experience building integrated marketing strategies and managing client relationships.
  • CPG industry experience is a plus.
  • Deep experience partnering cross-functionally across CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, sales, and operations.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency with data, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and campaign efficacy analysis.
  • Excel or Google Sheets experience is a plus.
  • A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and resource-limited, fast-moving environments.
  • MBA preferred.
