Description

  • Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering, Bug Bounty, and Vulnerability Management teams.
  • Lead engineering strategy and roadmap execution for proactive security programs.
  • Coach engineers as a player-coach while addressing security problems and reducing vulnerability classes.
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Legal, Security Platform, Data, and other teams to embed secure-by-design controls.
  • Oversee global Bug Bounty, penetration testing, and Vulnerability Management programs.
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent security services, including vulnerability-management data lakes.
  • Guide the secure and responsible adoption of AI tools from a proactive security perspective.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an internet-scale organization.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated technical leadership managing teams delivering globally scaled outcomes.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading Account Security, Product Security Engineering, and AI Security across B2C, B2B, and business-to-vendor environments.
  • Experience designing security controls and processes that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Experience designing scalable, AI-enabled, ergonomic Security Review processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, investigative, and root-cause analysis abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Track record of advancing how internet-scale companies deliver security products globally.
