Description

  • Lead and coach a team of engineers while maintaining high engineering standards.
  • Partner with designers, product managers, sales partners, and other stakeholders to define roadmap and vision.
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Set technical direction and align the team around a clear engineering vision.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talented engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Collaborate with business and product partners to translate non-technical requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment with effective communication.
  • Balance technical excellence with business priorities to maximize product impact.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience managing product engineering teams with both Backend and Frontend Engineers.
  • Strong product sense and ability to act as a thought partner to cross-functional peers.
  • Hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience building scalable products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and gather non-technical requirements.
  • Ability to guide and grow an engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment.
