Description

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new and evolving Dasher-facing programs in expansion verticals.
  • Execute marketing experiments and pilots for new offerings, synthesize learnings, and scale what works.
  • Partner with research and insights teams to identify Dasher needs, pain points, motivations, and early opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and CRM teams to build campaigns across owned and earned channels.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews with Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations and present progress and recommendations to leadership.
  • Work with gear and supply vendors to design, procure, and deploy equipment for new offer types.
  • Mentor and influence cross-functional partners by setting best practices for testing, learning, and scaling.
  • Own campaign and test execution, including writing content and setting up in-app and email campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or strategy, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Product and Strategy teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, creative, and research teams.
  • Data fluency with the ability to self-serve market sizing, forecasting, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with using AI tools to gather insights and trends.
  • SQL proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using qualitative research methods such as surveys and UXR interviews to inform audience strategy.
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution, including writing copy and developing GTM frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
