Description

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential accounts.
  • Prospect and outreach to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls to drive monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls and prepare and deliver presentations/demos to US tech buyers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns, including newsletters, email and drip campaigns.
  • Handle incoming customer queries on live chat and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product/feature ideas and relay insights to internal teams.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and market trends.
  • Work closely with management and follow the AE career track, owning progress toward quarterly goals and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of industry experience selling IT/SaaS products and concepts (posting title indicates Senior — 3+ years B2B SaaS sales).
  • Prior experience engaging with C-level (and D-level) executives.
  • Proficient in English and sensitive to US culture and buyer norms.
  • Demonstrated track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating sales results.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable performing a wide range of tasks (from operational support to pitching senior executives).
  • Excited to sell new/emerging technology products and advocate for product-market fit.
