Description

  • Define, maintain, and execute a prioritized product roadmap for core ERP and commerce initiatives.
  • Write PRDs and translate customer requests into product features that improve the system as a whole.
  • Integrate AI agents into Distru user workflows and determine where automation belongs versus human judgment.
  • Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication.
  • Communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs proactively to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to synthesize requirements and ship features with measurable outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and marketing to bring insights into product decisions.
  • Own parts of the product lifecycle from ambiguous problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Partner with the CTO and C-suite to set product standards and shape the roadmap.
  • Evaluate and ship product affordances that make AI behavior obvious and useful to users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in tech product management.
  • Proven experience owning and shipping complex features end-to-end from ambiguity to launch.
  • Strong AI fluency, including understanding of LLM failure modes, context windows, and the broader AI ecosystem.
  • Ability to decide what should be automated versus kept human, with attention to speed, correctness, and scalability.
  • Product judgment that distinguishes genuinely useful AI product experiences from AI added superficially.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar.
  • Technical fluency to read API docs, understand context windows, and write specs that engineers and AI agents can build from.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to distinguish urgent work from important work.
  • Clear written communication through PRDs, decision memos, and spec documents.
  • Preferred experience in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software.
  • Preferred experience with UX design.
  • Preferred familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Preferred experience using Claude Code or similar tools to build products independently.
  • Preferred early-stage startup experience, especially at sub-50 headcount companies.
