Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Expand automation coverage across critical workflows, features, APIs, and integrations.
  • Build and execute API tests to validate backend services and business logic.
  • Improve test reliability by identifying and reducing flaky tests.
  • Integrate and optimize automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and QA teams to improve testability and product quality.
  • Convert manual QA test cases into scalable automated tests.
  • Validate complex scenarios including authentication, authorization, role-based access, and multi-tenant environments.
  • Debug issues across frontend, backend, and testing environments.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright (preferred), Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks, including Page Object Model.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and API testing.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug across multiple layers of the system.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with React, Vite, Testing Library, or modern frontend frameworks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Python and pytest (preferred).
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments (preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise platforms with complex workflows (preferred).
  • Experience testing multi-tenant or role-based systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of performance testing and asynchronous systems such as queues and background jobs (preferred).
  • Exposure to AI, ML, or document processing platforms (preferred).

Benefits

  • $100–$200 a month.
  • 100% remote work from LATAM.
  • Working hours aligned to 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time (ET).
