Description

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business through cold outreach, networking, social media, and community referrals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions for client assets.
  • Manage and update the CRM pipeline daily, maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on client onboarding, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly Sandler sales labs, AI-powered role-playing, individual coaching, team roundtables, and quarterly agency meetings.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with commercial and personal lines clients.
  • Generate profitable accounts while delivering consultative service and ongoing value.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Active Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
  • Hunter mentality, goal orientation, and strong consultative selling skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, coachability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with CRM and agency management systems such as InsuredMine, NowCerts, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Previous insurance industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required.
