Description

  • Build and manage a personal customer base and book of business.

  • Cover loads with qualified carriers and maintain carrier relationships.
  • Manage margins, ensure smooth execution, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with shippers and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in freight brokerage and logistics sales.
  • Strong shipper relationships and a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to independently manage a book of business, with an existing book preferred.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and customer service.
  • Experience working in a remote environment or with operational support is implied by the role's structure.
