Description

  • Support merchants throughout the technical onboarding and integration process.
  • Provide first-line support for payment incidents such as declines, errors, and configuration issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to REST API integrations, transaction processing, and LATAM payment methods.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively identify incidents.
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Escalate technical cases to product and engineering teams when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical B2B support, merchant services, technical integrations, or fintech/payments.
  • B2 English level, mainly for written communication.
  • Proven experience with payment gateways or PSPs.
  • Hands-on experience using REST APIs, clearly detailed on the CV.
  • Availability to work full-time on Spain time, including overnight/midnight hours.
  • Experience with Mercado Pago or other local PSPs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B technical support, API integrations, and payment processing is valued.
