Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents by collecting problem details, traces, log files, and reproducing issues.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients and keep all records updated in the CRM system.
  • Use support tools and processes to resolve customer cases efficiently.
  • Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and resolution metrics.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and cross-functional teams to report bugs and contribute user insights.
  • Lead conversations and coordinate activities across departments and divisions to resolve client issues.
  • Provide guidance that helps customers maximize the business value of Varicent products.
  • Complete onboarding and training, then begin independently solving support cases.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex technical issues and proactively address potential challenges.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly in both verbal and written form to people with limited experience.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Availability for scheduled weekend coverage in an on-call rotation.
  • Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with flexibility to adjust hours if located outside the time zone.
