Description

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms.
  • Close, manage, and empower partners to drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global.
  • Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
  • Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth and improve program performance.
  • Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits.
  • Train and enable partners on Vensure’s tech-enabled solutions and upcoming developments to build partner awareness and adoption.
  • Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance, to deliver agreed-upon deliverables and set clear expectations.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in a partnership or channel management role.
  • Strong understanding of the private equity and venture capital landscape with a well-established network.
  • Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external teams, including senior business stakeholders and direct sales organizations.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented with robust research capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Ability to work in a United States (remote-first) role and willingness to complete required background checks.
