Description

  • Supervise and partner with assigned staff to turn vacant apartments for new move-ins.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance service requests and complete necessary repairs.
  • Perform maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, appliances, and carpentry.
  • Oversee general swimming pool and hot tub operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Interact professionally with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to maintain positive relationships.
  • Create and support a positive work environment aligned with company objectives.
  • Report directly to the Property Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
  • Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, and general carpentry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with HVAC systems, drywall, and swimming pool/hot tub operations.
  • Ability to supervise designated staff and work effectively with residents and vendors.
  • Must be a self-starter and a good problem solver.
