Description

  • Manage and optimize vendor files.
  • Validate benefit structures, rates, and system configurations.
  • Test, debug, and help ensure the quality of automated processes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on integrations and technical improvements.
  • Execute QA tests on HRIS platforms and new applications.
  • Document processes, defects, and requirements.
  • Support HR, implementation, and account management teams.
  • Work across multiple systems and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience administering U.S. benefits with an HRIS platform such as PrismHR or similar.
  • Fluent English at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience in testing, data validation, and QA processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in HR technology and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with benefits platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Curiosity about analytics tools and HR tech trends is a plus.

Benefits

  • $3,200,000 to $3,500,000 monthly salary.
  • On-site work for the first 3 months, then remote.
  • Available locations include Barranquilla, Cali, Medellín, or Bogotá.
  • Full-time employment.
