Description

  • Deliver legal documents to recipients in your assigned area.
  • Claim jobs, map stops, and track pay using the company mobile app.
  • Plan routes and attempt service at times when people are likely to be home.
  • Work independently while maintaining organization and accuracy.
  • Interact pleasantly and professionally with the people you meet.
  • Choose your own workload and service areas.
  • Make service attempts within required time windows, including every 48 hours when applicable.
  • Follow court rules, civil procedure, and state-specific service requirements.

Requirements

  • Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and be able to use a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • State laws may require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
