Description

  • Transform raw footage into high-impact Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit podcast episodes into short clips and audiograms.
  • Create carousels, static posts, and ads for Instagram and Facebook while maintaining the brand’s visual identity.
  • Write English captions and titles that resonate with the hunting and fishing audience.
  • Publish content directly in platform apps such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages daily.
  • Identify user-generated content and repost it when relevant.
  • Co-create the monthly content calendar.
  • Track performance data such as reach, engagement, and growth for strategic analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven video editing experience with vertical social formats such as Reels and TikTok.
  • Experience editing long-form YouTube content.
  • A portfolio is required.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, or equivalent design tools.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn.
  • Advanced English proficiency, level C1/C2.
  • Ability to process podcast audio and video content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms and formats.
  • Passion for the outdoor industry, with prior experience creating content about hunting, fishing, or outdoor lifestyle preferred.
