Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Conduct client intake and gather detailed case information.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or resolution.
  • Request, track, and organize medical records, medical bills, police reports, and other case documents.
  • Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation.
  • Maintain accurate case notes in the firm's case management system.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Keep digital case files organized and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm.
  • Experience supporting personal injury cases in a U.S.-based law firm environment.
  • Strong client communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced legal setting.
  • Direct experience working specifically with personal injury cases is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical records and medical billing documentation is preferred.
  • Experience with case management platforms such as Clio, Filevine, Litify, Needles, or similar legal systems is preferred.
