Description

  • Deliver legal documents to recipients in the assigned area.
  • Use the mobile app to claim jobs, map stops, and track pay.
  • Plan routes and choose times when people are most likely to be home.
  • Work independently to complete service attempts within required timeframes.
  • Communicate in a pleasant and personable manner with the people encountered during delivery.
  • Set and manage your own service areas.
  • Attempt service on a variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Follow court rules, civil procedure requirements, and applicable state laws when serving documents.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and be comfortable using a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Process serving or related experience is helpful but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
