Description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and autonomous agents for repetitive tasks, research, data processing, and decision support.
  • Develop and manage AI agent orchestration using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows with Microsoft Power Automate for both cloud and desktop environments.
  • Integrate automation with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse.
  • Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement workflows using the Anthropic Claude API, including prompt engineering and tool usage.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT Security teams to manage AI-related risks.
  • Document workflows, system integrations, and AI behavior for audits and knowledge sharing.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure automation performance, efficiency gains, and compliance impact.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud and desktop flows.
  • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered solutions using Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Understanding of enterprise data governance, compliance frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services (preferred).
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).
