Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports on the design team.
  • Own end-to-end product design across global payroll, compliance, and HRMS modules.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve the ListoGlobal design system and component library in Figma.
  • Lead user research, interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping, and turn findings into design direction.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver features.
  • Set and uphold design standards, interaction patterns, and accessibility practices across the product.
  • Present design work and rationale to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, specifications, and developer handoff materials.
  • Lead the user experience for web-based SaaS and enterprise product platforms from concept through delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships across teams to support coordination and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven experience designing complex, data-dense enterprise or fintech interfaces.
  • Proven experience leading a small design team while remaining hands-on in the work.
  • Expert Figma proficiency, including components, variables, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Strong user research and synthesis skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work self-directed and effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with web-based SaaS and enterprise product platforms.
  • Preferred: experience with global payroll, compliance, or HRMS products.
  • No licenses or certifications are required.
