Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision makers.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business with both existing customers and new prospects.
  • Manage sales orders and provide sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Grow revenue within an assigned territory by expanding the range and depth of products sold.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Accurately forecast monthly margin opportunity pipeline.
  • Participate as a collaborative member of the sales team and sales territory.
  • Use the CRM system actively and accurately to manage sales activity and opportunities.
  • Create and execute a territory management plan.
  • Attend sales and product training as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B IT network and data center hardware and associated services sales experience.
  • Proven track record of growing customer base and sales volume.
  • Experience with solution-based selling and delivering tailored IT hardware and services solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Ability to propose, present, and discuss solutions with C-level executives and other decision makers.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and follow-up.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
